Domain name protection and CDNs | WMC shall create a Cloudflare (or equivalent) domain management and protection account for the Client and shall connect its Cloudflare account as a co-manager of the domain name. |
Domain zone management | When creating new DNS records, the Customer may entrust the WMC to do so. The WMC shall modify the DNS records on behalf of the Customer. |
Technical support by phone | On weekdays 9.00-17.00 The client has access to a support line for any questions |
Free migration | The client moves the website to its own infrastructure free of charge. If the Client wishes to move the website away from the Contractor’s infrastructure, WMC shall provide the necessary access. |
Backup copies | WMC creates backup copies once a day, 7 days in a row. WMC restores the backup copy at the Client’s request |

Tools for easier programming | WMC provides a simple and clear interface for the developer to navigate and develop the project |
Adding and removing third-party scripts | WMC adds and removes third-party scripts such as Google Analytics, GTM, Hotjar, Cookiebot, etc. free of charge. |
Installing security updates | WMC installs necessary safety upgrades to WP engine and modules |

Updating small versions of the engine | WMC performs small version updates of the WP Engine as needed, e.g. 6.1 to 6.2, but not large version upgrades, e.g. 6.x to 7.x |

Option to add your own security certificate | WMC provides the option to add another security certificate and not use the Let’s Encrypt certificate. If necessary, the Client shall provide the certificate or WMC shall purchase the certificate on behalf of the Client for an additional fee |
